North American Office Solutions is a full line authorized Konica Minolta, Canon, and HP dealer covering the greater Orlando area including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake.

North American Toner started operations March 16, 2001 as an office imaging supply company utilizing our house and garage as an office and warehouse. By November 30, 2001, we grew our imaging supply business to a recurring revenue stream of $65,000 per month with three employees (the two founders and a delivery driver). On December 1, 2001 we moved into a 1,600 square foot office and hired our 4th employee.

Who Are We?

In November 2002, we were awarded a full line Konica Minolta dealership and changed our name to North American Office Solutions (NAOS). In 2006 we acquired a small Canon dealership (Universal Office Solutions) and we were awarded an authorization to service and sell Canon products. In September 2006, we built and moved into our new state-of-the-art North American headquarters located in Orlando, Florida.

In our most recent year we have over 2,000 NEW machines in the field and have achieved Company sales of over $11 million dollars. In 2011, we were added to the Orlando Business Journals Golden top 100 privately held companies in Orlando. We have also been ranked consistently in the top 50 dealerships in North America.

Our concept is simple, build a customer base by striving to become a local vendor, providing exceptional service by giving the customer what they want: Accountability.

Several innovative concepts we have developed are as follows: wireless meter read technology, $50.00 credit for all service calls responded to in excess of four hours and a total service call which includes our "Total Call Checklist."

The reason we founded our company and the reason why we exist is, To build loyal customer and employee relationships by serving our customers and treating our employees better than anyone in our industry. We will focus on making a difference in the community in which we live by serving our community with our time and resources.
