    The Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce Council of Not for Profits brings together a diverse group of organizations that are driven by a common purpose - To make a difference in the lives of those in need and to uplift the North Brevard Community. The Council of Not for Profits serves as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and collective action. 

    We hope you will be able to join us for our Community Service Project Outing at The Children's Hunger Project, as more hands make more meals packed for the Youth of our Community!

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to complete the following steps:

    1. Sign Up: Make sure everyone in your group reserves their spot using the Sign-Up Genius link:

      The Children's Hunger Project: Packing Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. North County Meeting & Packing

    2.          Waiver: All participants must have a waiver on file before the event. Minors under 18 must be listed on a parent/guardian waiver with an adult signature.

    Here are the essential details for the packing event:

    • Location: The Children’s Hunger Project, 26 Forrest Ave, Cocoa, FL, 32922.
    • Parking: Available on both the west and east sides of the building.
    • Check-in: Please sign in upon arrival and ensure your volunteer/waiver forms are verified.
    • Gathering: Volunteers will assemble in the conference room before the packing session begins.
    • Packing: We will start promptly at time of packing with 15 volunteers per table.
    • Recommendations: Bring a water bottle (refills provided) and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for safety.
    • Children: Children aged 8 and older are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
