 | The Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Program, in partnership with UF IFAS Extension, Brevard County announces the Autumn In Bloom Festival at the Brevard Discovery Garden, a free public event celebrating horticulture, environmental education, and community engagement. The festival will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 3695 Lake Drive, Cocoa, FL 32926.
This seasonal event will feature a wide range of activities and educational opportunities designed to appeal to gardening enthusiasts, families, DIYers and more.
- BDG Nursery Sale: A curated selection of native and Florida-friendly plants available for purchase.
- Plant Vendors and Local Plant Societies: Attendees can explore unique plant varieties and receive expert guidance.
- Tool Sharpening Station: Visitors are encouraged to bring garden tools for professional sharpening services.
- Mobile Plant Clinic: Staffed by certified Master Gardeners offering diagnostic support and plant care advice.
- Children’s Activity Zone: Interactive, nature-based activities suitable for all age groups.
- Photography Contest: Participants may submit original nature-themed photographs for a chance to win plant-related prizes.
- Live Presentations and Demonstrations: Local experts will deliver scheduled talks and hands-on demonstrations throughout the day.
