Our owner, Gene Loyd, has had a successful local contracting business in Titusville for more than 25 years. He and his wife Joan Loyd, have been residents of Titusville for over 30 years. Together they purchased this property and completed a major remodel in 2008-9, adding the climate controlled buildings and expanding the site to over 130 units!
