ELC of Brevard provides oversight to early learning programs throughout the county. The Coalition holds agreements with childcare providers who offer School Readiness (subsidized childcare) and VPK services. The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) department provides information to the public about all early learning resources in Brevard. The Coalition's main objective is to assist families who are in need of quality childcare and early learning programs while ensuring that children have all they need to succeed in school and beyond.
