Paychex was founded on a $2,000 loan to help small businesses from owner only to 19 employees, it is our niche. Since then we have expanded and serve all sorts of clients but we haven’t changed who we are. To this day we help clients with everything from payroll, workers compensation, finding tax credits, onboarding, recruiting, time keeping, background checks, 401k, merchant card processing and of course HR compliance. There are so many payroll companies out there that are trying to get into the industry but what sets us apart is our customer service and adding clients to the Paychex Family.
