The North Brevard Charities Sharing Center is a non-profit 501 (c) 3, United Way supported Agency dedicated to helping the low income, homeless, aged, and all others in need in Brevard County.
The Growing Years:
We were organized in 1958 and chartered by the State of Florida in 1998. We are a non-denominational organization supported by donations from churches, private businesses, civic and fraternal clubs, United Way, and private citizens. This is supplemented with sales from our Thrift Shop.
We are governed by a Volunteer Board of Directors. Their goal is to ensure that this organization positively touches the lives of as many people in need as possible, those who might otherwise fall through the gap.
Where we're going:
Our Mission is to fill in the gap and provide emergency assistance to those individuals and families who may not otherwise qualify for assistance through other agencies. We help them to overcome barriers that may jeopardize their livelihood.
